Tim and his team are top notch! My wife and I have used Tim and Morgan for four different loans to-date. None were easy, thanks to a volatile housing market, and the type of properties we were purchasing/refinancing, but Tim and Morgan got the job done as promised each time. Tim and Morgan are very efficient, professional and friendly team. They were able to quickly sort out the important items that we need to work on and complete our loan package with no comebacks. There was some escrow title problem in our case and they were very patient to assist when we switched a different escrow company and made the deal happen smoothly.
